Be sure to bring snow chains with you in winter or travel in a four-wheel drive vehicle. Although the roads are well cleared of snow and gritted, snow chains will keep you safe in snowy conditions.

The ski bus stop is located directly in front of your apartment. If there is sufficient snow, you can return to your apartment via a winter hiking trail directly from the ski slope just above the Hotel Kaiserhof.

As a guest of Oberleiten Apartments, you will receive a 20% discount on rental equipment at Schuh & Sport Günther, as well as discounted prices for ski storage at the Hartkaiserbahn. Our partner will deliver and collect your rental equipment free of charge. You can choose the delivery location yourself – the storage room at Oberleiten Apartments or the ski storage facility at the Hartkaiserbahn. Our partner Schuh & Sport Günther is your one-stop shop for summer and winter sports equipment. If required, you can also purchase your mountain railway ticket there. You can reserve your equipment online in advance.

Our ski schools in the village are on hand to offer advice and assistance. We recommend the TOP Skischule or the Hartkaiser Skischule.

Yes, you can dry your ski boots on our ski boot dryer.

You can safely store your skis or bike in the garage.

The centre of Ellmau is approx. 2 km away. You should allow around 25 minutes to walk there. It's well worth the walk. At the level of the Bergdoktor's surgery, you can enjoy a wonderful view of Ellmau.

Yes, there is free WiFi throughout the apartment.

We are happy to deliver fresh bread to your apartment door every day (including Sundays and public holidays). A list of our range of rolls is available in your apartment.

We ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed in the apartments.

Yes, we have a swing and a slide. We also have a basketball hoop and other ball games, children's scooters and balance bikes, as well as pedal tractors with trailers. In winter, we provide sledges, bobsleds and snow discs.

We run an organic farm with suckler cows. Our cat, Susi, is the queen of the whole place and loves being stroked. 😉

We are happy to provide a charcoal barbecue free of charge.

Yes, we are happy to provide you with children's travel beds measuring 60 x 120 cm, larger extra beds, safety rails, high chairs and changing mats free of charge.

You are welcome to transfer the outstanding amount in advance or pay in cash on site.

Yes, bed linen, towels, toilet paper, tea towels and dishwashing utensils are provided.
